Process To Meet YOUR Goals

SERVICE PROCESS

Whatever your needs may be, I am certainly open for discussion. TimeSource is unique in detailing the client needs to specific features and requests. To begin a client relationship we both would be served best with an initial phone consultation during which we can discuss the following:
1) Your Needs     2) Your Goals    3) Your Timeframe.  From that point I would like to draw up an estimate to include a "proposal" or statement of outlining what we had discussed.  If we have reached an understanding of the needs you are seeking we then proceed with a Letter of Agreement which defines our business arrangement. I usually fax or mail the agreement. Once I receive the signed document back, we can actually begin to complete the work.
What I may need from you thereafter:
1) Brochures, flyers, marketing email, reports, case studies, web content, photographs or other types of company information. This will provide me with the background information I will need to provide a basis for my writing and become knowledgeable to your company in providing an effective copy.
2) Once the first draft is completed, I will provide for you a rough draft for review.  You must expect your copy will probably need revisions.  After reviewing it carefully, I would suggest writing down your questions, organizing your comments and preparing your revisions for discussion.  Communication is crucial in the to process promotions. It is essential throughout this collaborative process if I am to successfully meet the performance and present you and your business needs.
Please call for an Estimate first and I can then email a Letter of Agreement.
Thank You

BIOGRAPHY

As a freelance writer I began my career as an advertising manager with a tabloid magazine, "GENERATIONS TODAY" in Sarasota, Florida.  Generations Today was a publication that serviced multiple businesses throughout the county combining the attributes of each unique professional, non profit or industry with a promotional advertisment to detail the specifics of business practices and market for consumer review.  Conducting interviews with various CEO's, owners and management teams throughout the community introduced me to a variety of markets, events and personal endeavors within the local perimiters. Personal interviews defined character to produce an overview for written composition specific to the goals of the individual market being promoted.  Ad sales and design were thereafter sought and coordinated to client critique and released through layout and distribution.
Throughout the years I have been called upon for various articles for newspapers, promotional ad booklets, resumes and research papers.                                                                                                                                  Susan
