WORKING TOGETHER
1) Do I require a deposit?
TimeSource requires 35% down prior the commencement of a project and the balance for the project is due upon completion of services performed, with a 10 day grace period.
2) What is included in TimeSource fees?
This includes research, telephone discussions, contracts and one round of copy revisions. Personal meetings, on-site interviews would be charged additionally at a per-hourly rate. If you are just seeking an updated revision or makeover of a copy already written, the rate would be determined on a case per case basis and the rate would reflect the actual amount of editing required. Websites and graphic are a flat fee, and per page thereafter. Maintenance would require a separate contract and term.
3) Cancellations
Once the project is in progress and you choose to cancel for any reason before the completion, the project will be pro-rated for only the work that has been performed up to that point. If for any reason the project changes direction or scale, a new copywrite proposal and estimate agreement will be provided.
4) Rights
You own the rights to the work created for you once the copywriting fees have been paid in full. It is possible however that I will request the right to file your project in hard copy electronic form in my portfolio. This could also be to your advantage for future reference. This is a confidential file. Please let me know if this would be of concern to you. I am always open to discussion. Websites are excluded due to internet processes.
